Overview
There are thousands of radio stations on the Internet. Simple to use - While the radio is unplugged from power, connect a standard Cat5 or Cat6 Ethernet cable (not included with radio) to an open LAN port on your router. The LAN ports are the ones typically numbered 1-4 on the back of your router : From the primary menu, choose Stations by turning the dial until brackets are positioned on both sides. Press the dial to select : The Location menu lets you choose a radio station from a particular continent then country. The Genre menu offers a choice of a radio station by categorized content - for example - Dance, Classical, Rock, Talk : LCD Clock with up to 5 alarm settings and 1 sleep mode : Plays MP3 or WMA files stored on your PC - In order to play the music files you have stored on your PC via the Media player, you must ensure the following - The PC containing the stored audio must be on the same network as the radio; The stored audio must be in the correct location on your PC (Shared Music folder); The PC must have file sharing turned on; The stored audio must not be protected or limited : Works with Reciva Internet Radio : Works up to 20 and 70 feet away from router depending on the strength of the wireless router and the amount of walls between the radio and the router : Press any button to silence alarm : Requires broadband Internet access and a wireless router .
