Pros:
Stream101 has awesome uptime. The entire 2 years I've been streaming, no downtime for my server! (Unless I did it). Awesome with tech support for streams and website, and they also design nice looking sites! No complaints from me.
Cons:
The company site could be a little easier to use. Nothing other than that!
Overall:
Ran by a group of professionals who know what they are doing.
